What we offer

Everything you need to land a real remote role.

Verified work-from-home roles with vetted Fortune 500 and enterprise clients — no scams, no gimmicks, no data resellers.

Full-time, part-time, evening, and weekend schedules available so you can find hours that fit your life.

Transparent hourly rates set by each client, disclosed up front along with training pay, benefits eligibility, and schedule details.

Most client programs pay for your training. We tell you the exact training pay, length, and schedule before you enroll — no surprises.

One-on-one coaching to help you pass the client assessment and step-by-step support through paperwork, equipment checks, and system setup.

We stay with you after placement — check-ins, escalation help, and access to new opportunities as they open across our client network.
What we require

Services designed to get you hired.

To keep every placement successful for you and our clients, applicants should meet the following before applying.

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of application to be eligible for any client program we place for.

You must legally reside in the United States or Canada and be authorized to work in your country of residence.

A Windows desktop or laptop that meets each client's technical specifications, plus a USB headset with a microphone for calls.

A reliable high-speed internet service connected to your computer by wired ethernet (not Wi-Fi) directly from your router.

A dedicated, distraction-free workspace free of background noise so you can take customer calls professionally throughout your shift.

The ability to pass a standard employment background check — identity, criminal history, and (for some clients) credit. Results stay confidential.

Successful completion of the client's short skills assessment in your secure applicant portal to qualify for open opportunities.

Clear written and spoken English (or bilingual English/French for select Canadian roles) with a courteous, customer-first phone presence.
